Did you know that the Poquoson City Council wants to raise the solid waste fee a flat $8.00 for each resident? They should instead use a percentage increase depending on each resident's trash container choice. Why should the senior citizen plan increase by over 60% when my plan (one large container) would increase by less than 30%?
